Ross Collins

Presidente Revolucionario

Ross is a sought after event programmer, well respected for planning and executing complex public and private events. He has earned a reputation for his innovative ideas and ‘outside the box’ thinking, creating new industry standards that have changed the fabric of the events industry. His success resides in his ability to seamlessly work with multiple teams and embed himself in third party projects. His industry experience is second to none and he is highly regarded for bringing energy and direction to event projects.

Jonathan Leaman 

Vice President

Jon has worked his entire professional life in Event Catering. From Property Management events to major sporting and broadcasting events and concessionaire services, he’s worked in every aspect of event catering. In both account management and event execution he has garnered industry recognition for clever event design executed with an artist’s attention to detail. He has assembled his own team of chefs and food service professionals who assist him in servicing a myriad of niche event catering accounts.

Adam Pearson

Director of Sales

Adam brought his creativity, knowledge and experience to Revol as Director of Sales with Revol in the spring of 2017. Adam is a career client relationship manager, originally finding his feet in merchant services. Adam has a passion for building long lasting client relationships and prides himself on providing first class service and adapting to the client’s needs. A true gentleman and an old school account man.

Rosemary Lee

Executive Chef

Rosemary is currently executive chef at Revol Events in downtown Toronto. She has been in the hospitality for many years.  She studied and taught Thai, Vietnamese and Korean cuisine at George Brown College. She also consults in the food and beverage industry. She worked for the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in Paris, France, as well as in Germany, Thailand and Australia.  Before coming back to Toronto she worked in Hong Kong where she was a partner in 7 restaurants which included a Thai, Modern Spanish, Noodle Box, Café Deli, Bakery & Patisserie, a high end modern bar and a seaside restaurant.  Rosemary is fluent in English, French and Cantonese.  She has travelled to over 36 countries around the world.

 

 

Greg Howard

Director of Operations

With over 25 years of hospitality experience, it seemed a right fit for Greg to jump into the role of Director of Operations at Revol Events. Greg has an ability to create a cohesive workflow between the conception and execution of the largest functions that Revol Events puts on to the everyday deliveries. Prior to his employment at Revol Events, Greg was slingin' drinks in some of the busiest bars in the city, Greg managed to foster a loyal following of regulars to the establishments that he has worked at. Dealing with high end clients, famous faces, travellers and locals, he made sure that every person's experiences were memorable, culminating in his selection as NOW Magazine's Best Bartender 2020.

Allison MacDonald

Event Coordinator

Although Allison’s 25 year food industry experience was always front of house, it was nearly impossible for her to separate from back of house operations. Always interested in every aspect of the hospitality scene, it was a natural move to join the team at Revol Events.

Allison thrives to ensure satisfaction from not only the event’s organizer, but from every guest in attendance.

 

 

Todd Pressey

Account Manager

Todd Pressey’s culinary passion was first ignited abroad, when he spent five years learning the dynamics of the bustling catering scene in Australia. Todd gained a wealth of experience and discovered his unique talent for managing the fine details involved in the sourcing, preparation, organization, and delivery of high-quality ingredients for superior meals. Todd brought his talents back to Canada, where he spent five years fine tuning his skills, as the food and beverage manager at The National Yacht Club in Toronto. Todd went on to open Rocco Restaurant, a successful Italian eatery and pub, located in Toronto’s west end waterfront neighbourhood. Joining the crew at Revol Events in 2021, as an Account Executive, Todd has developed a unique offering of ready to go meals and specializes in going the extra mile to make sure all his events are executed with precision and a focus on fine details. Todd enjoys finding new ways to make food accessible for a variety of different clients, and spends his time away from the kitchen, relaxing with his family, friends, his cat Snickers and his turtle Shelley.

Professor of Sales Emeritus

Michael of Lisa Shamai Cuisiniere brings with him thirty years of premier catering to Revol’s already extensive menu. This means both Revol and Lisa clients can now enjoy endless possibilities in service, menu selection, and an ongoing commitment to pamper your catering needs. Michael’s passion has always been food, entertainment, & event planning.

Sean Thompson

Staging, Production and Lighting Director

Sean Thompson is the President of NRG Lites and TourAid, Lighting Designer at Film North, Huntsville International Film Festival Inc. and Lighting at CTV Globe Media. Through his company NRG Lites, Sean provides lighting design, installation for film, concert, theatrical and corporate events. Through his company Tour Aid, Sean provides mobile production support and a huge array of rental items.

Andrew Gidaro

BIA & Festival Expert

Andrew owns and operates Astro Amusements, a Midway rides and games company. He owns a Ferris Wheel! He produces Wizard World Fun Park - the March break family event at Exhibition Place attracting over 20 000 guests annually. Andrew is the General Manager of Screemers Inc., a Toronto Halloween season tradition. He was also one of the brains behind the inception of Samko’s Winter Wonderland. Andrew works extensively with many BIAs and community groups to provide rides and attractions to hundreds of thousands of families across the GTA at events like the Taste of Danforth, York Eglinton BIA, Taste of Little Italy, Taste of Kingsway, Roncesvalles Polish Festival, Buskerfest, Downtown Yonge BIA, and Guelph Canada Day. Andrew is a TSSA licensed mechanic (mechanical rides, go karts, and inflatables) a NAARSO Level 1 Ride Inspector, an AIMS Level 1 Ride Inspector, and makes a mean apple crumble.

Bill Leaman

Promotional Products Specialist

Bill is the Founder and President of BMP. He launched the company in January of 2000, after his successful and fulfilling 23-year career at Bell Canada. It’s been 16 years now and he has yet to look back. A few of BMPs current clients include: Corus Entertainment, Bermuda Telephone, Bell Canada, Toronto Police, City of Toronto, Markham Fire Department, Ivey School of Business, the list goes on. His never ending passion for the business coupled with his attention to detail will leave you with a winning campaign. Tamanna bawa

Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator

Tamanna is an entrepreneur and veteran in the events and catering world. She's currently leading a team of 50 as Founder of Trademark Entertainment, a premium staffing service that works extensively with Revol. Tamanna is tireless in her work, going the extra mile to build solid client relationships and keeping fine-grained attention on project details. She's also incredibly outgoing and social—when travelling overseas, you'll catch her making friends with almost everyone along the way!

Career Highlights:

  • 2016: Managed staff for CIBC's Holiday Party at the CNE Grounds, serving 14,000 attendees.

  • 2017-2018: Lead the Yo Sox booth at the Vancouver Christmas Market, surpassing sales goals by over 35%.

  • 2016-Present: Provided Staffing for conferences, trade shows, and events for corporations like KPMG, Loblaws, and Johnson & Johnson.
